Its something that will be in my head all summer and for years and years to come. I was sitting in the American Airlines Arena wearing my Thunder gear, and left and right Heat fans were jumping around and going nuts. The clock was winding down; 3…2…1. The Miami Heat won the 2012 NBA championship. In the years to come, hopefully, it is the other way around. With Rip Hamilton out for the seventh consecutive night, the Bulls took the floor without their starting backcourt for the second night in a row. As we all know, the NBA locked out the players this summer for 149 days in hopes of creating competitive balance, improving revenue sharing and putting a bit of money back in to the owners pockets.
