Its something that will be in my head all summer and for years and years to come. I was sitting in the American Airlines Arena wearing my Thunder gear, and left and right Heat fans were jumping around and going nuts. The clock was winding down; 3…2…1. The Miami Heat won the 2012 NBA championship. In the years to come, hopefully, it is the other way around. Maybe next year, Durant and Westbrook will be crying and hugging each other… Continue reading
Talk about letting a game slip away. Tonight was a pure example. It was kind of like a wet floor after being mopped. The Thunder were right there, and let it go. Had a perfect opportunity to go up 2-1 in the series and steal one in Miami, and couldn’t. It hurts. Real, real bad. Oklahoma City lost the game late in the third quarter, as they blew a big lead, and let Miami back into the game. Now, the… Continue reading

In Game 6 and tonight, the Thunder didn’t play well in the first half, but came out with incredible intensity which sparked a big run to win the game. It’s almost as if… Continue reading
One more win. One more win in till the Thunder make the next step in their franchise. One more win in till the Thunder are in a best of 7 series for that ring. If the Thunder can win one more game at home on Wednesday night, dreams will now become a reality. A few nights ago, after Game 2, I was shaking my head, and thinking about the off-season. Now, I have a huge smile on my face everywhere I… Continue reading

Scott Brooks always tell his guys to do their job each and every night. In other words, to play their role on the team. That was the case tonight. Everyone did, “their job”, and then some, which lead to the Thunder’s win tonight. In Game 3, the hero was Thabo Sefolosha. Tonight, it was the play of Serge Ibaka with his carer-high 26 points, and shooting 11-11 from the field. But, Kevin Durant closed it out tonight to give the Thunder the win.… Continue reading
